So little W likes to shop, the kids here play in the dirt. I have seen a lot of them eat it, most of the kids are carried around on moms back until about 3 or so, then they grow a few years before they take the responsibility of carrying their little brothers and sisters. One day I met a group of little girls cooking tiny fish in a little tomato paste can, using a cocoanut shell with embers to make the fire. They were probably 7-8 years old, a guy told me they were practicing to be mothers, so thats what those kids did. Some kids go to school, but not all of them, actually a lot do not, and those ones play at the beach, help mom out at home, run the streets with the other kids, roll round things around with sticks, and take a lot of cat naps. But there are always such big groups of kids around, they just entertain eachother with friendship, you will hardly ever see a kid alone. pan: the lost boys in practice. the trash tossers down the road don't go to school. they menace the other children with dogs and large sticks. confrontational and short-sighted, the lost boys in practice, females with smeary faces and bikes with flat tires. future queen of the trailer park.
